Cancellation / Refund Policy

The Institute of Trichologists hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The Institute of Trichologists Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Institute of Trichologists Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the World Trichology Conference 2023.

• Conference registration canceled on or before June 30th, 2023, is refundable in full.
• Registrants canceling on or after July 1, 2023, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
• In the event that the Institute of Trichologists must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents us from continuing with a conference. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
