With over 30 years in the beauty business, it was only natural for Penny to open her atelier Penny James Salon Trichology Center, in 2013, where she has merged beauty and science.
Penny became a trichologist due to her own hair loss and knew it was affecting so many men and women of all ages. Her passion drives her to help every client who sees her with a broken spirit due to hair loss and make every client feel good about themselves. Even if it means their hair might not grow back naturally, Penny will find a solution to their problem. It’s her promise to all my clients.
It is beneficial that Penny has an extensive background in all aspects of hair styling, and she is an expert with hair texture; this puts her in a unique position to be the only trichologist and hairstylist in New York City. In addition, Penny is the editor’s “go-to” person for all trichology questions.
